Architectural Review Form
Welcome to French Settlement, a covenant-restricted community that strives to maintain a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing environment for all residents. To ensure consistency with our community standards, any improvements or modifications to your property must receive prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
This process applies to all exterior changes, including but not limited to:
- Additions or structural modifications
- Porches or decks
- Pools or outdoor living spaces
- Landscaping or hardscaping projects
- Exterior paint or color changes
- Roof replacements or modifications
To submit your project for review, please complete the Architectural Review Form attached below and include all necessary documentation, such as plans, material samples, or color swatches. Once your submission is received, the ARC will review your request and respond to you in a timely manner.
